Is There A God, AND IF SO---What is God's Name?

Let's open this up to include EVERY possible name for God---from any source. AND to add spice, how about you start with this idea: All the sounds that can be made---are names of God...for God, and of God.
How about that?
There is a lot of scared...oooops---sacred (pardon, that was a Freudian slit, er, I mean slip)...yes, SACRED sounds that make it on the top ten list of The Names of God.
In no particular order:
  • Adonai
  • Jehová
  • ha'Elohiym
  • Shiva
  • shàng dì
  • Zhŭ
  • Lahu Al-Asmao Al-Husna
  • La ilaha illa Hu
  • Akal Purakh
  • Aum (om)
These are names of God. They may not be the ones you are used to using, but there they are. There might be other names that you prefer...like Jesus Christ, Emmanuel, Immanuel---AND you might just like using the term SPIRIT...or Great Spirit.

While searching for names of God, I came across this interesting website. Give it a wander and see if the list they have makes sense to you---and let me know what you think.

What is the name of God-How do I know?

One of the curious things that can happen...is when you use a name to mean something...you can get stuck in a box with that name. And the box can keep you inside a meaning that does not include EVERYTHING that belongs to the name.

Let's call this the paradox of name---and form. 

Okay, so you know some names of God---BIG DEAL.
How can this be of any benefit to you?
In your daily life...how can this help you make more money, have a better life...whatever that means to you. 
By the way...what does that mean to you---To have a better life?
What are the ingredients to the recipe for Having A Better Life?

  • Robust GOOD Health
  • Vibrant HAPPY Spirit
  • STRONG Friendships
  • Deep LOVE
  • Right Livelihood
  • GOD CONSCIOUSNESS

Back to the way knowing the names of God will make a HUGE positive difference in your life...and the lives of those around you---when you focus your attention on any of these SACRED sounds, and let yourself be with these sounds...maybe you can quietly say the words to yourself, moving your lips a little bit...a very hushed sound...super quiet...and just be with the names of God. Doing this for even 90 seconds will engage the Cosmic Vibrations that are dialed to the vibration you are making with your voice.

When you put the names of God into gear, you are pulling the Cosmic Yummyness to you. This is a very potent force field that resonates with your consciousness, and zooms you very quickly into a state of mind, body and spirit that is great for your complexion, makes your wallet fatter, and brings love and light to your immediate surroundings---also known as Your Universe.
Yes, it is very easy to get into Scoffing Consciousness, and subtract all this silliness with a single dismissive and annoyed grunt of vast indifference...or irritation...or anger...or boredom---keep adding the ways you can get sidetracked by...DOUBT.

And the question that nails this?
"Is There A God?"

That question can perplex you, and engage you...make you sneer, even shake your head in disbelief that anyone can believe in The Invisible Man. I mean, when you put it into context, how would you react if I told you that THE Holy Spirit had impregnated a Virgin, and that it was God who was behind the whole caper...and that the Virgin gave birth to The Son of God. And now there were three of THEM: The Father, The Son, and the Holy Ghost, er...Spirit.

And on top of that, you're suggesting that I chant the name's of God...under my breath...for at least 90 seconds? Come on, Buddy...you're tripping.

My personal experience is that IF you do this practice often throughout your day, evening and night...PLUS throw some other, deliberate LITTLE bits and pieces of...this and that...like a simple two minute session of some positive self-talk---"I am loving, I am now, I am beautiful spirit, I am rich spirit, I am love energy, I am vibrant awake, I am..."

Here is a BIG TIP: Let the feeling come in on there own...let the feelings come WITHOUT trying to make up a mood...to accompany the words you are saying and thinking.
AND
also your mind sometimes responds brilliantly to a simple question...like---"Why do I want to feel happy?"
What is it about being happy that is so wonderful? Why is it a state of being that I want to have? What is it about being happy that I like?
The simplest answer is that it FEELS GOOD TO BE FEELING HAPPY.

What does this have to do with knowing some names of God?
The names of God contain powerful ingredients that when you let your awareness trickle and gush and stay moistened with the juice dripping from these names of God...these POWERFUL INGREDIENTS nourish you with VITAL minerals and vitamins of The Spirit...what makes up your entire universe, and your body, mind---AND SPIRIT.

So, keep on being with these powerful names. It won't hurt you to do these simple practices, and they don't take much time in your very busy day. Miracles are bred in tiny cracks of time.
